What this site is
This site presents the SURE platform and publishes the SURE Research series. Content is provided for information; it is not professional advice for any particular school's circumstances.
Using the research
Full research reports are free to read here. Figures and findings may be quoted and reused with attribution to SURE Research. The aggregate dataset is licensed CC BY 4.0. Research volumes themselves may not be resold or passed off as your own work. External findings we cite belong to their original authors, and we attribute them.
Your submissions
When you submit a form, you agree the information is accurate and yours to share. We use it as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't misrepresent your affiliation, interfere with the site's operation, or use automated scraping in ways that burden the service or bypass access gates.
Intellectual property
The SURE name, this site's design, and its content belong to us. The reuse rights granted above are the exception, and we like people using them.
The platform
Access to the SURE platform (recordings, reports, and leadership views) is governed by a written agreement between SURE and your school, including its data processing terms. Those terms, not these, govern platform use.
No warranties; limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
